Fast food stays simple only while it does exactly what I expect and nothing more. When I wanted a quick stop that would not turn into one of those annoying small disappointments, burger king reviews gave me a more realistic feel for what the experience is like once hunger, timing, and convenience all hit at once. That mattered more than another bright promo or combo image. I do not expect perfection from a place like that, but I do want enough ordinary feedback to know whether the stop is likely to feel easy or just mildly irritating.
