San Diego Spirits by the Bay: First annual local spirits fest to debut this weekend

October 11, 2017

|

Brian Holt

It’s time to taste some of San Diego’s finest craft spirits! The San Diego Spirits by the Bay Festival is taking place on Saturday, October 14th at the Coronado Ferry Landing. This first annual event is being put on by the San Diego Distillers Guild. This one-of-a-kind festival features tastings of hand crafted vodka, bourbon, whiskey, rum, gin and more.

The spirits will be paired with food from local restaurants and food trucks. You’ll also get the chance to meet the distillers themselves. Participating distilleries include You & Yours Distilling Co., Liberty Call Distillery, Kalifornia Distilleries, Rob Rubens Distilling & Brewing, Malahat Spirits Co., Seven Cave Spirits, San Diego Distillery and more. There will also be live music from the Morgan Leigh Band and The Good Bad. Tickets to this 21-and-up event start at $45 and can be purchased at SpiritsByTheBay.com.
