Travelers Club brings back its music & art warehouse series 'Warehouse Takeover'


Friday 13th has a notorious reputation seen by sceptics as an unlucky day. The Travelers Club, San Diego based events group, are here to change all that non-sense, exposing the serendipitous energy by bringing back their music and art series. The motivation behind the series is mindfully designed to where patrons come collectively for the soul purpose to discover creatively local and national culture, in a variety of mediums.

Warehouse Music and Art Takeover with Monte Booker is an audaciously innovative pop up style event which will be held at Spin nightclub this Friday, October 13 th . This takeover will literally takeover the three-story nightclub offering two rooms dedicated to local music with a separate floor devoted to artwork. Not to mention, the brass filled grand finale, the headlining set will feature southside Chicago native, Monte Booker, 2017's BlkSwn exec. producer and internationally renowned Soulection musician, plus special guests.

Monte is transcending the musicality of hip hop by elevating the preconceived notions composing old and new hip hop elements with ingenious diversification producing unorthodox sounds that move your body and your mind.
