Breakfast Republic is growing its San Diego empire with one new location open and two more on the way.
The local breakfast hot spot opens its sixth location in Carmel Valley at The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch. The Carmel Valley restaurant joins the franchise with its other locations in North Park, Liberty Station, Encinitas, East Village and Ocean Beach.
This winter, Breakfast Republic will open in Pacific Beach, taking over the two-story space that previously housed Miller’s Field at 4465 Mission Blvd. This will be the largest Breakfast Republic at 4,500 square feet. In May, another North County location will be added, this one opening inside The Shoppes at Carlsbad.
Breakfast Republic is known for its takes on American classics like Oreo Pancake, Shrimp & Grits and S’mores French Toast. There’s also a rotating list of 20 beers on tap. All Breakfast Republic locations are open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
