I went to this neighborhood dive bar, formerly The Tin Can, during happy hour and had their Balboa Burger, which is on happy hour for $5.  It was delicious!  The atmosphere was fun.  Went I went for happy hour, I heard punk rock blasting from the jukebox, which is cool.  If you want a small hang out, with craft brew on tap, signature cocktails and a big selection of hamburgers then hit up this friendly neighborhood bar.
