Checking out Rouleur Brewing Company in North Park
I finally was able to swing by Rouleur Brewing Company. They have a North Park location and thanks to my friends at Alternative Strategy, we stopped by for a beer and a snack. I had the ENDO West Coast IPA and it was tasty. We also snacked on the loaded nachos.
The experience here is really cool! I learned that Rouleur, pronounced "Ruler," means having wheels. It's translated from French. I love how they used this concept to represent their believes in crafting beer.
