January 20 marks National Cheese Lover’s Day and the pros at Grater Grilled Cheese are celebrating with a Grilled Cheese Eating Competition of EPIC proportions! Join the cheesy competition or get ready to cheer on your favorite contestant on Thursday, January 20 from 2 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. at the Mission Valley location.

Four, brave contestants will face up against competitive eater, Raina Huang for a chance to win the Grater Grilled Cheese Golden Ticket. With ten minutes to chow down on 15 ‘Basic 5’ Grilled Cheese sandwiches, featuring five slices of all-natural, unprocessed Colby, Swiss, Monterrey, Provolone and Cheddar cheese served on buttery, sourdough bread – the competition is sure to be one for the books. The winner of this competition will receive the Golden Ticket, granting one free grilled cheese per month for the entire year – sweet dreams really are made of cheese!
