The San Diego Jewish Book Fest returns for its 23rd year next month!

The internationally recognized two day event features 11 cookbook and culinary authors who will host demos and tantalize taste buds with old-world Jewish classics and new-age methods.

It all kicks off on Sunday, November 5 in Encinitas.

There will be farm tours, cooking demos, an author inspired lunch, reception and a cooking class.

The event continues the next day in La Jolla at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center.

Celebrated New York Times food columnist David Tanis will talk about his latest book Market Cooking.

Individual tickets start at $15 and go up to $35. Half and full day passes can be bought for events starting on November 5.

For more information, go to sdjbf.org or call the Jewish Community Center Box Office at (858) 362-1348
