Old Town San Diego's dining scene is about to be transformed with El Sueño, a two-story jungle-themed restaurant and cocktail lounge by The Vibrant Project.

El Sueño, Pietro Busalacchi's dream restaurant, will feature an exquisite menu inspired by his travels across Mexico. Partnering with Gustavo Rios, the dishes will reflect the mouthwatering Huasteca heritage cooking of Rios' mother, using carefully sourced ingredients.

Led by Pietro Busalacchi, his father Sal Busalacchi, and Gustavo Rios, the restaurant group is known for vibe dining, combining exceptional food, beverages, music, lighting, and service inspired by cosmopolitan cities. El Sueño represents the next generation of dining experiences.
