Are you looking for fun, free ways to get into the the holiday spirit? The Village at Pacific Highlands is hosting a number of holiday events throughout the month of December. From a tree lighting ceremony to ice skating, bring the whole family out to soak in the season.
Count me in! What's the lineup?
Tree Lighting The festivities kick off Sunday, November 26th with a tree lighting ceremony complete with live music and sweets. Kids will even have a photo opp with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Stop by between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Holiday Festival
Get to celebrating with The Village’s holiday festival. On Sunday, December 3rd bring the kids out to enjoy carnival games, face painting, a petting zoo and train rides. The festival runs from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Ice Skating
What are the holidays without a little frost? Get your skate on at The Village’s ice skating rink. Stop by between 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 8th and Friday, December 9th. You’ll get free admission with an unwrapped toy. Donations support AJ’s Kids Fund for Rady Children’s Hospital.
Movie Nights
Cuddle up with a blanket and the family at The Village’s free movie Saturdays. Catch the holiday favorites Polar Express on December 9th, and Elf on the 16th. The movie starts at 6:00 p.m. both nights. Get there an hour early to enjoy some live music.
