Carmel Valley’s new prime food and shopping destination, The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch, will host guests for a three-course dinner at three of the property’s top restaurants: WESTROOT tavern, Dolce and Crudo. The evening begins at WESTROOT tavern with appetizers and cocktails. Then you’ll be whisked off to Dolce for an entrée and wine pairing. To close out the evening, stroll over to Crudo for a relaxing cup of coffee and dessert. All three restaurants will offer diners two choices of an appetizer, entrée and dessert.

6:30 to 7:00 p.m.
Diners can choose between two appetizers (Chinese 5 Spice Wings or Brussels + Belly) and a cocktail.
7:15 to 8:00 p.m.
Guests can choose between two entrées and a choice of wine. [Cioppino (Seafood Stew) or Spaghetti or Penne |Pomodoro| Classic Bolognese| Pesto Cream| Add Chicken]
8:15 to 8:45 p.m.
Diners can choose between two desserts (Nutellamisu + Hazelnut Ice Cream or Lemon Tart) and a coffee drink.
