Recipe:

3 oz of house-made eggnog

1.5 oz of Califino reposado tequila

0.5 oz of Creme de Cacao

1 Cinnamon stick

Instructions: Combine eggnog, tequila, and creme de cacao in a shaker with ice. Shake for 10-12 seconds and strain into a coupe. Grate fresh cinnamon over the top.

The sweet creaminess of the eggnog and the kick of flavor from the cinnamon stick create a winning cocktail with distinctive Mexican influences to embrace the holiday season.

In addition, Jalisco Cantina is making waves as a destination for hand-crafted signature cocktails, specialty margaritas, and a tequila selection that would blow the leaves off an agave plant. Byron Gridack, general manager and head bartender behind Jalisco’s creative concoctions, is creating a wide range of one-of-a-kind cocktails, including the Black Betty. Made with Don Pilar Silver Tequila, crème de cassis, black orgeat, activated charcoal, fresh lime and egg white. This drink is unlike any other, with flavors as vibrant as the Mexican sun.

That cocktail sounds perfect for the holidays. I’ve always liked drinks that feel cozy without being too heavy, and eggnog with tequila and cinnamon sounds like a fun twist on the usual winter stuff. I could imagine ordering one after a long dinner, just sitting back and enjoying the warm spice and creamy texture. I also ended up browsing https://edreams.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html while planning a weekend out, so this kind of seasonal, creative bar scene really fits that relaxed mood.
