Pacific Beach’s premier neighborhood beach lounge and eatery, The Duck Dive has released their December Cocktails of the Month and they’re sure to make you jingle-jangle. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ll love the Buddy the Elf boozy milkshake, bursting with holiday treats. Made with vanilla ice cream, Nocino (a walnut liqueur), Absolut Vanilla, gingerbread, cinnamon and toasted marshmallow. This libation will be at the top of everyone’s wish list this season.

For those looking to enjoy a more classic cocktail, you’ll take delight in Duck Dive’s The Naughty List. Concocted with Woodford Rye, chocolate bitters and orange brown sugar rosemary syrup, this beverage is garnished with singed rosemary and orange chocolate wedges. This unique version of an old fashioned will bring back happy memories of holidays past.

Del Sur Mexican Cantina, in South Park, has also just announced their December Cocktail of the Month! The CranMerry Margarita is a festive combination of Blanco Tequila, lime juice, orange juice and a spoonful of homemade cranberry jam, with a five-spice rim and mint sprig garnish. Del Sur has developed a great cocktail and margarita list to go along with their traditional Mexican cuisine, that is prepared with a healthy twist.
