1 tsp of Tippleman's Burn Sugar Syrup
4 dashes of Barrel Aged Peychaud’s Bitters & Angostura Bitters
1 lemon peel
1 orange peel
In a double Old Fashioned glass, pour a Tea Spoon of Tippleman's Burn Sugar Syrup and 3-4 Dashes of Angostura + Peychaud's Bitters. Add ice, preferably larger cubes.
Pour 1 ¾ oz of High West Double Rye over the ice and stir gently in about 30-40 circles. Add 1/2 oz of Laphroaig Select to top off the drink.
Finally, use a peeler to add 1 lemon and 1 orange peel. Rub the edges of the glass with the peels and fold them gently inside the drink for added flavor.
