Waterbar in Pacific Beach has been serving their community with their new rooftop patio to accommodate outdoor dining!
Waterbar has just upped the ante with an open-air experience, complete with unparalleled ocean views and a special rooftop menu, including Peel ‘n’ Eat Shrimp, Catarina Scallop Ceviche and their West Coast Lobster Roll, plus a selection of salads and cheeseburgers to please every palate.

Savor their Head of the Hydra cocktail, comprised of Don Julio Blanco, Ancho Reyes Verde, lime and house tequila reduction, or delight in the ocean breeze with a frothy beer or glass of wine in-hand – there’s something for everyone!
The new patio is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
