Bleu Bohème Welcomes Spring with Flavorful Dishes Made with Fresh, Seasonal Ingredients

Spring is in full bloom, and Bleu Bohème has introduced a selection of new dishes to accompany the season, available now.

New dishes include Gruyère gnocchi served with cremini mushrooms, snap peas, charred cherry tomatoes and romesco with beurre blanc sauce; glazed Hudson Valley Muscovy duck leg confit served with creamy goat cheese polenta, mustard greens, olive relish and sauce vert; Faroe Island salmon served with ratatouille, roasted AmaRosa fingerling potatoes and beurre blanc sauce; and chicken breast paillard frites, served with caramelized onions, arugula salad and garlic pommes frites.


Bleu Bohème is open for in-person dining, takeout and delivery orders from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The restaurant has expanded outdoor dining with the addition of tables on the sidewalk, with heaters available. Per state guidelines, the restaurant will also follow all health and social distancing guidelines, including cleaning and disinfecting protocols.
